Variety is the spice of life, and our casual and fine dining venues offer a range of menus to fit your every preference and mood. Whether it’s a table for 2 or a big party of friends, you can expect gracious, efficient service and freshly made meals served in a comfortable, stylish setting.

Made to Order

Every meal is prepared from scratch under the watchful eye of our Executive Chef. Menus are refreshed regularly, so there’s always something new to look forward to. Choose from satisfying comfort food, classic recipes or more creative cuisine. Favorites include handcrafted soups, salads and entrees created with fresh, seasonal produce and seafood. Catering is also available for personal entertaining.

Healthy Menus

There’s no need to sacrifice taste to manage a special dietary need. Heart-healthy, low-sodium options are always available as well as gluten-free food choices. Our registered dietician will gladly help you with menu planning services and nutrition support.

Flexible Dining

A flexible dining plan can be used to cover guest meals. Ask for our separate menu if you’d like to order a meal for delivery, need catering services or have a special order. Choose from these venues:

  • The Cove – for a poolside breakfast, light lunch or full dinner
  • Sandhill Club Dining Room – open for lunch or dinner, with glorious river views
  • Cocktail lounge – join us for coffee breaks and Happy Hour
  • Coral Reef – private dining for special celebrations

Sandhill Cove also recently created a new outdoor dining space for casual diners, complete with a beautiful, custom mural, a lounge, and a firepit.

 

After an extensive search, Sandhill Cove is proud to announce the addition of Executive Chef, Aron Spector

 

Chef Aron’s interest in cooking started when he discovered the important role food played in his large family’s celebrations. As a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, he was the Executive Chef at Turtle Creek Golf Club before joining Sandhill Cove. Chef Aron holds a CPR/First Aid certification as well as a ServSafe® Manager certification. Additionally, he has donated his time and culinary skills to several charities and looks to continue that in the future. When he’s not in the kitchen, he enjoys golfing, boating, football, and spending time with his family and dog Chewbacca. The mottos he lives by are, “exceed member’s expectations” and “you are only as good as your last meal served”.
