The story of Sandhill Cove begins in 1993, when this waterfront campus first welcomed residents to a new kind of retirement living. From the beginning, the vision was to create a Life Plan Community where the beauty of the Treasure Coast was woven into the fabric of daily life. The water, the landscape, and the warm Florida air are all part of what makes this place unique.

Over the decades, Sandhill Cove deepened its roots in Martin County, building lasting partnerships with local organizations and becoming a recognized leader in civic generosity.
