What does it cost to live at Sandhill Cove?

Fees depend on the size and type of residence you choose. An entrance fee is paid upon move-in, and provides lifetime access to services at our on-site Health Center, Water’s Edge. A flexible Return-of-Capital Plan refunds 75% of your entrance fee back to your estate. A recurring monthly fee covers your use of daily services and amenities.

Possible tax advantages may allow you to categorize a percentage of both the entrance fee and monthly fee as a medical expense, and health services if ever needed in the future (see contract for details). Check with your tax advisor. For specific fee information, call us at 772-266-0909.

Do fees ever increase?

Yes, there can be increases in monthly fees to offset the cost of utilities, staff salaries, and operating expenses, following an annual review. However, you will be notified in advance of any price increase.
