We are excited to announce that Shawn Perrigo, Executive Director of Sandhill Cove, was honored with the Serve award at the 2023 LCS Leadership Summit in Denver, Colorado. 

Sandhill Cove is managed by Life Care Services®, An LCS® Company. The 2023 LCS Leadership Summit was held June 5-8, and brought together senior living leaders from across the LCS Family of Companies. At the event’s award ceremony, Shawn was among 15 employees recognized for their exemplary performance in the four LCS priorities of People, Serve, Perform, and Grow.

Shawn was nominated for the Serve award by Roberta McMenamin, Senior Director of Operations Management, in recognition of the positive workplace culture he has fostered for residents and employees alike.
