Made From Scratch, Made for You

Every dish that leaves our kitchen is prepared using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Our Executive Chef and culinary team craft everything in-house with your personal preferences in mind.

Every order ticket includes your specific dietary needs, preferences, and even your preferred plating style. Whether you require gluten-free options, low-sodium meals, or have other special considerations, our servers and chefs—who residents consider part of their family, not just staff—know you personally and anticipate your needs to ensure every meal is exactly as you like it.

Your Voice Shapes Our Menus

Sixty percent of our menu items are influenced directly by our residents. We regularly incorporate feedback from comment cards, monthly food competitions, and even cherished family recipes. Our weekly rotating specials, including our “Classic of the Week” and “Pasta of the Week,” keep the dining experience fresh and exciting.

Andrew, our Food and Beverage Director, even keeps a resident’s family meatloaf recipe posted above his desk. That’s the personal touch you can expect from every meal.

Can’t find what you’re craving? Just ask. Our philosophy is simple: “If you don’t see what you want, just ask. We’ll figure it out.” This flexibility and resident empowerment is at the heart of everything we do.

Our registered dietitian works closely with our culinary team to ensure heart-healthy, low- sodium, and specialized dietary options are always available without sacrificing flavor. We maintain a zero-waste approach through small batch preparation and thoughtful repurposing, and we avoid processed foods across all dining venues.
 

The Flexibility of Preferred Choice Dining®

Our innovative dining program, Preferred Choice Dining®, includes more than meals. It features flexible dining times and menu selections and invites you to experience any of our dining spots – or even enjoy carryout options! A portion of your monthly fee includes a specific dining allocation that can be spent as you please. Having family over for dinner? It’s covered. Had a late lunch and just want a cup of soup and a glass of wine? As you like! You decide where, when and how you spend your dining allocation budget.

Choose from these venues:

  • The Cove – for a full dinner. Cove dining is open Monday-Saturday.
  • Sandhill Club Dining Room – open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring glorious water views
  • Cocktail Lounge – perfect for coffee breaks and Happy Hour
  • Coral Reef Private Dining Room – private dining for special celebrations
  • Outdoor Dining Space – our newest casual dining area, complete with custom mural, lounge seating, and firepit

Meet Executive Chef Aron Spector

 
We’re proud to say our dining experiences are led by the 2024 LCS Chef of The Year! Chef Aron’s passion for cooking began when he discovered the important role food played in his large family’s celebrations. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, he previously served as Executive Chef at Turtle Creek Golf Club and brings both CPR/First Aid and ServSafe® Manager certifications to his role. The mottos he lives by are, “exceed member’s expectations” and “you are only as good as your last meal served”.
