It is my pleasure to welcome and assist you with the journey of discovery in retirement living. You have taken the most important step by exploring and planning for your future. Sandhill Cove is the most beautiful neighborhood with fabulous food, a 28,000-square-foot, resort-style clubhouse, sunny days and the friendliest address you could ever find. In my role, I am responsible for meeting with all prospective guests and supporting all members with resources and programs designed to ensure a stress-free move. Additionally, I plan and coordinate marketing events throughout the year and supervise the move coordination and design requests for all new members. I have been helping seniors at Sandhill Cove for 14 years, and I am excited to schedule your community visit and lunch if you have the time. I studied at Upsala College and APU, and I have professional experience with home staging and redesign services. I look forward to meeting with you and assisting you with this new and exciting lifestyle!

Shawn Perrigo

It’s my pleasure to welcome you to Sandhill Cove. Having worked with seniors over the past 20 years, I most recently was the administrator at Water’s Edge Health Center right here on campus. Now as Sandhill Cove’s executive director, I take pride in being responsible for overseeing the operations of our beautiful 36-acre waterfront community. I work closely with ownership; our management company, Life Care Services®; as well as our wonderful residents. I attended the University of Central Florida, Orlando, where I received my master’s in social work. In addition, I later achieved a bachelor’s in nursing and am a registered nurse. I’m passionate and committed to enhancing the lives of all our residents and staff and to making Sandhill Cove the very best it can be. I look forward to showing you around our vibrant community.
