Partners in Health
Our wellness programs are designed by NIFS (National Institute for Fitness and Sport), experts in senior fitness. We also partner with Martin Health Systems, whose fitness specialists teach over 18 group classes a week at Sandhill Cove, including Pilates, yoga and Tai Chi.
